FEMINISM : A POSITIVE CHANGE Charles Fourier, a French philosopher first came up with the word "fĂ©minisme" meaning feminism In 1837 which soon became popular and first appeared in western countries like Netherlands and France by 1890’s. Feminism is a movement with a sole objective of establishing equality of the sexes. The primary aim of all the feminist is just to end the social discrimination against women and providing them with equal rights. Many scholars believed the ideology of feminism as they were able to identify the aim behind it instead of questioning the present, Plato, Greek philosopher is considered to be among the first of male feminist as he never questioned the abilities of women and has provided equal opportunities to them in the field of philosophy and literature so, why a scholars and many western countries are able to understand the concept so early and yet here in the east people are still questioning the rights of women who just wants to change...
